With Resji, you could tailor the tone of your resume to a particular job posting with the help of AI.
First, navigate to Reviews
section to find the option to Rewrite with Ai
(On iOS or Android, Tap the Copies
tab. You’ll find the Reviews
section in the top navigation bar.)
In the next dialog, copy and paste at least 3–4 key points (the more, the merrier) from the job posting that are relevant to your experience or skill set. This helps our AI to extract keywords that the employer's ATS might use to sort resumes. If any keywords are missed, feel free to add new keywords manually.
In the following step, the app will show how many times each keyword appears in your resume. You will then select individual entries (such as education, experience, skills, etc.) and assign the keywords that match them.
For example, consider a situation where the employer specifies that candidates must have experience with Pivot Tables and Macros in Microsoft Excel. Here, "Pivot Tables" and "Macros" are keywords. If you’ve listed MS Excel as a skill but didn’t include these two keywords, you need to select "Pivot Tables" and "Macros" as relevant keywords. Then, instruct the app to rewrite the details of that skill to include the selected keywords.
Continue this process until all keywords are used at least once. Ideally, keywords should appear multiple times for better optimization.
Once all the keywords are used, you could save and download the resume as usual.
